Did not last very long, but yes it was not properly secured and somehow started to work its way up the forestay. Had taken the sails down in a hurry because I was suffering from seasickness for the first time in my life after sailing upwind against the current the past 18 hours. Was sort of relaxing after having fed the crabs with all I had to offer when this incident occurred.

Sjøsjuk mann på dekk = seasick man on deck.

Underway - Raymarine, US replied to John Flaherty's discussion NMEA 0183 plotter input to EV200 autopilot configuration help
"You are correct you would use the T70156, for the system to use the existing Type 1 hydraulic pump.  The Evolution is strictly a Seatalk NG system, so there isn't any Seatalk 1 interfaces available, so in order to communicate for the…"

NMEA 0183 plotter input to EV200 autopilot configuration help

My customer wants to upgrade his Raymarine autopilot system with the EV 200 system running an existing type 1 pump in a 40' twin diesel power boat.  We will be replacing the existing old T300 course computer, heading sensor, and smart heading sensor (gyro+2) as well as the ST-7000 control head.  He wants to retain his RL80C-RC V4.1.1 for radar and plotter function with NMEA 0183 output to the pilot as well as an alternate Laptop plotter running NavTrek navigation software which outputs NMEA…See More

How to interfase a65 with DSC VHF via NEMA 0183

I had my VHF (S Horizon DSC GX1200) and my A Pilot Display (Raymarine ST6002) interconnected to a old Garmin GPS via NEMA 0183.  I replaced the GPS with the a65 Multifunction Display, but it only came with the power cable.  The unit has the port for network, but did not came with the cable.  What cable I need to buy and how I interconnect my VHF & A Pilot Display via NEMA 0183.See More

Select the Position field. 4. Enter the Latitude/Longitude position. 5. Select SAVE. 6. You can also add a name for the waypoint and add to a group by selecting the Name and Group fields. Then I can go toBuilding a route using the waypoint list From the chart application: 1.
