The CAM100's power/video cable is approximately 18" long and is permanently connected to the CAM100. A CAM100/CAM50 Extension Cable(s) would then be used to extend the CAM100's cable toward the MFD and power. As such,…"
As indicated, the SR50 may be interfaced to an a/c/e-Series MFD as long as no additional SeaTalkng/NMEA 2000 devices will be interfaced to the system. Should the system include additional SeaTalkng/NMEA 2000 devices or should…"
I am still having problems with the fishfinder display on my C120 with a DSM300 sounder module and B744V Xducer. As shown in the attached photo, the display does not show the bottom or much of anything. The display seems to work normally when I first turn it on and while I am moving slowly out of the marina. Once I get to about 30' of water, the display quickly shifts to what you see in the photo. While trolling during the day, the display will occasionally begin indicating correctly,…See More
"Okay, thanks for the information. I'll probably need to call Raymarine order services. I seem to recall where I saw the SR50 unit was able to be installed on a system having an e series MFD.
I was not so concerned with the radio…"

"Welcome to the Raymarine Technical Forum Ralph,
It is generally not recommended that a SR50 be used in conjunction with the a/c/e/gS-Series MFDs, as vessels large enough to consider installation of a Sirius Satellite Weather/Radio Receiver will have…"
"Thanks for the help......
Just a couple more info questions.
1: when searching for SeaTalk devices, should the pilot controller show up on the MFD?
2: is there any sense in trying the bridge function to gain control of the pilot at the MFD? I know…"
Some paddles have been broken and marine growth has clogged the thru hull speed instrument. It is 15 years old and I assume analog so I would rather repair than replace w expensive new digital - running new wires, etc.Can the paddle wheel be replaced so I don't have to cut/splice sending wire if I had to buy a new sending unit?Thank you for any infoTomSee More
Gentlemen:I am planning to install speed and depth instrumentation. The i50 Tridata unit seems to have what I'm looking for. I have downloaded the manual, and have questions for you.Is there a maximum displayable depth? I have disqualified other makers' units that max out at 200 or 300 ft.What frequencies are supported for depth transponder operation? My Airmar B-60-20 is compatible with 200 or 50 kHz, and I would prefer to use 50 kHz to utilize the full range of the transponder's 1200 ft…See More
