Dockside Calibration ST70 with SPX10 Pilot

I have an existing ST70 with V3.04 software networked via Seatalkng to a new, recently installed SPX10 autopilot/ fluxgate compass/Type 1 rotary drive and existing A70D GPS.  After successfully completing the Initial Setup on the ST70, the ST70/X10 combination does not automatically proceed to the first calibration page < Dockside Calibration>.  I tried entering the Advanced Options menu on the ST70 but don't see a menu icon selection for Dockside Calibration?    Is this an indication…See More

Ray240 VHF MMSI Reset

I have read the other post on resetting the MMSI number on the Ray240. "With the Power OFF, Press and HOLD the FUNC, 16/9 and DSC keys while you power ON. Do not release the keys until you hear the audio BEEP which means your done. Then reprogram your NMSI number as per the manual."The Ray240 does not have a DSC button or a function button.  There is a Menu and 16/9. Is there an alternate procedure for the Ray240?Can someone clarify this for me if I need to send it away to get the SW…See More

C97 Stops displaying depth

I installed a new C97 chart plotter with sonar about 4 weeks ago with a P319 transducer on my Formula pc35.  The depth reading worked great the 1st weekend with no issues.  On the second weekend the depth would stop displaying after the unit was turned on for 20 to 30 minutes.  Yesterday I could not get a depth reading at all but the water temp still works.  I have also updated the software to 10.41See More

Touch Screen not responding E90W

Yesterday the touch screen on my E90W stopped responding to touch, though everything else seemed to work.  When touched, the cursor would not move to the point of touch, and usually the system would give a "beep".  I cleaned the screen and noticed the lat/longitude display changed indicating the system was detecting the wet cloth - but no move of the cursor. Finally after recycling the power several times and resetting to factory specs (not doing a system restore - will try that next time) it…See More
