e7 UniControl Random Response

Our e7 was replaced in May 2014 as part of your Touchscreen Performance Improvement customer care campaign. We have started having issues with the rotary control having erratic response when adjusting the range. Is there a resolution to this issue without having to repair or replace the unit? If we need to send the unit for repair or replacement what is the procedure? Thanks!See More

Help with an Autohelm 4000

Hello, I have an old Autohelm 4000 and I'm having some trouble with the control head.  If I can't get it repaired, and if I can't find an exact replacement, can I replace it with another model of control head?It has a 4 pin plug (2 pins for power and 2 pins for the drive motor) on a short cable that comes out of the head - permanently attached at the control head.  Are there any other model control heads that have that same cable and plug?  Basically, I want to keep this drive motor installed…See More

ST40 Shoot Thru Depth Transducer

My current ST40 depth gauge has a AIRMAR Shorty P7 200kHz-BB (PN: 31-388-2-01) thru hull transducer.  Was installed by previous owner when they mounted the ST40.  Displays "- - -" when above 13knts.  Spoke with the boat manufacturer and they said it was installed too close to IPS drives.  They recommend 87" from transom and transponder is only 72".  I'm getting ready to pull the boat and am not too interested in a "thru hull trial and error" process to find a location that works so was…See More

Autopilot Woes
