Update Axiom Pro

Multiple unsuccessful attempts to update new Axiom Pro 12.  After

"Update software/check on line",

connecting to Marina WiFi,

and "Start",

I get "Checking on line for updates" -- but within a second, an orange bar appears at the bottom of the screen:  "Server unavailable.  Unable to contact the Raymarine server."
