"Bob, Thanks for the follow-up information.  You may want to additionally specify the make/model of TV and the make/model of VGA to HDMI adapter which you had used."

Problem connecting e125 video out to hdtv

I recently replaced my e120 with an e125.  The former e120 was connected to the hdtv in the salon and the tv mirrored whatever was on the e120 scree.  When I purchased the e125, I orderd the vga video out adapter cable.  In order to connect it to my existing vga cable, I needed to add a gender adapter in between.  When I try to view my e125 on the hdtv, i get an error message that says not compatible.  How can I make this work??See More

Connecting Sea Talk NG backbone to Lowrance NMEA2000 network

It is my understanding that the two existing separate networks can be combined with the appropriate adapter cable, making sure that only one of the networks is powered.  But I'm confused on what to do about termination resistors.  Do I treat the SeaTalkNG network as a single spur on the lowrance network with a single T or do I treat it as an extension of the Lowrance backbone, removing one of the Lowrance terminators and one of the SeaTalkNG terminators?  Is there a drawing available that shows…See More
