Hello, when building a route on my e7d and than press follow route and active the p70r pilot, is there a way to follow this route without need to confirm the next turn (waypoint) by pushing track at each waypoint?

Thank you

Dave

No, you will need to acknowledge the waypoint arrival and accept the next waypoint bearing. This can not be changed.  The reasoning is we want you to still have to be aware of navigating while using the autopilot and this forces you are make sure the bearing to the next waypoint is safe to navigate before proceeding.

hello, ok thanks for the information.

Thanks for the inquiry.  Contact us if you have any further questions.

Upgrade from C80 to E127 - cabling

I recently purchased an E127 to replace my aged C80 that has clearly done its duty.  My sonar was a DSM 300 and I purchased the E66066 adapter to connect to my existing transducer to the E127 and this is where the problems started. The E66066 adapter cable is far too short to reach from where my DSM 300 was located below decks up to the pedestal for connection to my E127.  Regardless of whether I purchase an extension for the transducer cable (this has a ridiculously larger connector) or find (I…See More

AIS data not showing via Seatalk Converter Kit

I'm trying to connect an AIT1000, AIS to a backbone via a VHF Seatalk to SeatalkNG converter Kit. The converter shows both sides are healthy according to the led lights. However, it is not possible to see any GPS data or indeed, any AIS data from it on the c95 plotter. This states “The following devices are preventing data source selection" if I go into System Settings and then to Data Sources. The c95 multifunction display is the main instrument in the system. This gets NMEA information in via…See More

George Wheeler replied to George Wheeler's discussion What is the cost to update SR100
"Well, fortunately I no longer need an update. I was able to use parts from another device that had the updates but with a broken sirius receiver inside. Now it works great! Love being able to get so much information and now the radio works too!"

ST40 instruments are not showing up on my C70 classic MFD

I have a C70 Classic MFD and four ST40 devices - wind, speed, depth & compass - all talking on the Seatalk network. the four instruments all are receiving information from their transducers and are working properly, but I don't see any of that information being reported to the C70 on any page. Should the C70 at least see the fluxgate compass? See More

C120W MFD "Boat travelling sideways"

Hi!  I hope you can help.  About 3 hours into a recent trip, I noticed that the "boat" on the MFD was suddenly at odds with the "Heads up" orientation and was out about 40 deg, with the boat effectively moving sideways across the screen.  We were on Auto pilot at the time and not using waypoints.  It was during the day and we made our way to the next port at which point I called the RM support folks who diagnosed an issue with the Fluxgate compass.  Getting into the Autopilot setup screen, I…See More

Older Transducer with new MFD's and ST60

I have an older style Transducer that works with an ST60 Tridata for depth and interfaces to current classic C80. Upgrading to c127 or e127 will that transducer work with the fishfinder and depth  in the new systems or will it require a new transducer and if so which would be recommended (avoiding bronze as it is an alloy hull).thanksChrisSee More

ST-60 rudder sender

ST-60 rudder senderI am hopping to identify the leads on a standard Raytheon rudder potentiometer for the ST-60 indicator.  There are 4 wires...shield, red, green, and blue at the gage.  I am assuming the red is + and the blue is - (each end of the basic resistor) and the green is the sense wire or slider.  Is this accurate and what should the resistance be between them with the rudder centered. Thank you in advance,…See More
