Welcome to the Raymarine Technical Forum Ed,

Unfortunately, sun covers for the C-Series Classic MFDs (C70, C80, C120) are no longer available.  If searching the Internet for one of these covers you may want to use the part number R08030 in your search.

Best wishes.

AIS Silent mode must be turned off from MFD

I have an e7D (v11.26) and an AIS650 (v1.10) and I am installing a Silent Mode switch. They are connected via SeatalkNG. When I use the switch to go to Silent mode, I have to use the e7 MFD to go back to normal mode and start transmitting position information again. The SIA650 document notes that the manual switch overrides the software setting, but it seems that the switch only overrides when switching to Silent mode and not when switching back to normal mode. Is this a documentation problem…See More

A70 & C80 share chart data?

My boat is just coming out of charter and I'm trying to understand how the instruments, installed by the charter company, are connected. I've got an A70 in the cockpit and a C80 down below at the nav station. The A70 and C80 are now on the SeaTalkNG network, along with a set of ST70 displays and an ST6002. The question is: can I share the Navionics chart info on the A70 with  the C80? That is, how do I see the Navionics chart data on the A70 and on the C80? At the moment, the A70 has the map…See More

"The boat is currently in South Carolina and I'm in New York. All I can tell you right now is that everything is connected to Seatalk NG. I won't be back to the boat until January, so that's all the information I have until then. "

We have a ST5000+ autopilot which only has elecrical output in one direction.  It is approximately 14 years old.  Will Raymarine service it?  If so, will it be for a flat rate?TomSee More
